I fish several days each week, in all kinds of weather; from hot summer afternoons, to crisp autumn mornings, to cold winter days. Over the years, I’ve gone through my fair share of waders from a range of well-known brands, often paying premium prices only to be let down by durability or comfort. Bassdash’s Immerse Stockingfoot Waders have been a refreshing exception.
What stands out most is their comfort and flexibility. Whether I’m scrambling over rocks, kneeling along brushy banks, or wading deep currents, these waders move with me. I never feel restricted, even after long hours on the water.
These waders have proven themselves across all seasons. In colder months, a thoughtful base layer keeps me warm and dry. In warmer conditions, they breathe well enough to stay reasonably comfortable. That year-round versatility has made them a reliable staple in my gear setup.

Durability is where the Immerse waders really earn their keep. Despite heavy use (several days a week in varied conditions) they’ve held up better than waders that were much more expensive. The seams have stayed sealed, the fabric hasn’t broken down, and the booties show little wear. They simply last.
The chest pockets are a well-thought-out feature. Both the internal and external storage areas give me safe, accessible spots to stow essentials like my wallet, phone, fishing license, and truck keys. I also appreciate the D-ring placements: the front ones are perfect for clipping on forceps and nippers with zingers, while the rear D-ring offers a secure anchor for a landing net.
Overall, Bassdash’s Immerse Stocking-foot Waders have exceeded my expectations. They’re comfortable, dependable, and smartly designed. For anyone who fishes often, these waders are an excellent investment and, in my experience, outperform more expensive alternatives in both quality and longevity.
