        1. Why can’t I track my parcel?
        Please confirm whether you enter the right tracking number and choose the right tracking website. If all are correct, please write to us: support@bassdash.com

        2. Everything is right, why can't I find information about my parcel?
        Usually, the information will not be updated by the shipping company in time. Please track your parcel after 3-5 days from your order shipped date.

        3. What should I do if I do not get the parcel after a long time?
        If you have yet to receive your parcel 30 days after the shipping date, please Email to us: support@bassdash.com we will help you to track the parcel.


        Return & Exchange

        We hope you like what you purchased! But just in case you are not 100% satisfied with the items, below is the return process you may want to know:

        Return & Exchange:

        If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of the receipt date. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the receipt date. But we are not responsible for the shipping fee to return the package unless the item is found to be damaged due to our fault. In the case of exchanges (e.g. size changes), we will pay once for the postage of your replacement back to you. In this way we are, in effect sharing the cost of postage with you for your exchange.

        Please note: (a) Items that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged; (b) items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged; (c) laundered (washed) garments cannot be returned or exchanged.

        For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.

        Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will not be responsible for the damage to items resulting from improper use, not in accordance with listed directions or established practice.

        Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

         

        Damaged Or Lost Items:

        If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package, and please keep all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Support Team by email at support@bassdash.com within seven calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment.

        If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team by email at support@bassdash.com, as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.

        Refund:

        Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order within 5 business days after we receive your package.

        We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because they are non-refundable.

        Warranty

        Bassdash Waders Warranty

        All Bassdash waders are covered by our six-month warranty. During this period, If your waders leak because of material and/or craftsmanship, it will be replaced quickly at no charge. This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, corrosion, or general neglect. Each pair of Bassdash waders is tank tested to ensure that it is totally waterproof. However, if a leak occurs due to accidental puncture, please use the enclosed repair kit including materials and instructions to repair it. Please understand that waders aren't indestructible and must be used in a reasonable manner to the type of fishing they were designed for.

        Bassdash Blinds/Shelters Warranty

        Bassdash hunting blinds and ice fishing shelters are covered by a 30-day limited warranty. Free maintenance parts provided within one year. The warranty covers manufacturer defects for products, does not cover cracked windows, tent tears, broken or bent poles due to high wind conditions or unattended use. This warranty applies to the original owner with a proof of purchase and is not transferable.

        Bassdash Nets Warranty

        Provided that you are the original owner, bassdash 30-day warranty will cover most failures due to normal fishing situations. If your net broke because of material and/or craftsmanship, we will replace it at no charge. If we determine it broke by abuse or misuse, we will contact you and offer you a replacement at a reasonable charge. Please understand nets aren’t indestructible and must be used in a reasonable manner to the type of fishing they were designed for.

        Bassdash Rod Warranty

        Provided that you are the original owner, our 30-day warranty will cover most failures due to normal fishing situations. If your rod broke because of material and/or craftsmanship, we will replace it at no charge. If we determine it broke by abuse or misuse (i.e. If you broke your rod fishing 50lb braid on a 10lb rod, or lifting a giant fish into your boat using only your rod), we will contact you and offer you a replacement at a reasonable charge. Please understand rods aren’t indestructible and must be used in a reasonable manner to the type of fishing they were designed for.

        Bassdash Backpacks Warranty

        Bassdash backpacks are covered by a 30-day limited warranty. If your backpack fails to perform its intended use due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge. Normal wear, abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered. Under this circumstances, we will contact you and offer you a replacement at a reasonable charge. Please understand that the backpacks aren't indestructible and must be used in a reasonable manner to the type of fishing they were designed for.

        Bassdash Apparel Warranty

        Bassdash apparel products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty. If your apparel fails to perform its intended use due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge. Kindly note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
