Return & Exchange
We hope you like what you purchased! But just in case you are not 100% satisfied with the items, below is the return process you may want to know:
Return & Exchange:
You can return or exchange items in new condition within 30 days of the receipt date.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are: used or laundered (washed); purchased at a heavy discount (e.g., clearance, flash sales, and free gifts); or without the original tags attached.
Return Shipping Fee:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, or if you purchased "Worry-Free Protection" for your order with a US address.
For refunds: Both the original shipping fee (if applicable) and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
For exchanges: Once our warehouse has received and verified your return package, we will email you an invoice for the return shipping fee. Your replacement item will be shipped after this invoice is paid.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange. Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties, and accessories intact.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
For US orders:
1. Visit our Return/Exchange Portal: https://resolve.seel.com/
2. Enter your Order Number (e.g., #29999) and the email address used to place the order.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and submit your request.
4. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip. Simply print both documents, place the packing slip inside your return package, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop the package off at the shipping carrier designated on your label.
5. For waders, boots, please provide us with clear photos of the product when applying for the return in Seel, especially the soles/bottoms of the boots, so we can confirm that the items are brand new and unused.
For non-US orders:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly via email at support@bassdash.com. We kindly ask that you provide us with clear photos of the product, especially the soles/bottoms of the boots, so we can confirm that the items are brand new and unused. This is required to ensure that the return is eligible under our policy.
Once we receive your photos and verify the condition, we will provide you with further instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancellation Request:
To process a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our absolute best to intercept the package for you, though we cannot 100% guarantee success once the fulfillment process has begun at our warehouse or with the shipping carrier. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Received Only Part of Your Order:
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days. You can check the tracking link we provided for your package. If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the tracking details will show each package individually, along with their estimated delivery dates. Please allow a few extra days for the remaining items to be delivered. You can also email us at support@bassdash.com to check the shipping status of the rest of your order.
Shipping Status Shows "Returned to Sender":
To prevent your package from being returned, please ensure your shipping address is correct, complete, and free of typos at checkout. Be sure to include your apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable). Please double-check all details before completing your payment.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
Damaged Items: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or delivery receipt and be sure to obtain a copy. Please retain the original box, along with all packing materials and item parts, completely intact. Then, contact our Customer Support Team at support@bassdash.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the damaged shipment.
Lost Packages: If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please email us at support@bassdash.com as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist you right away.
Refund:
Once the refund is submitted, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because it is non-refundable.
Warranty
Bassdash Waders Warranty
All Bassdash waders are covered by our six-month warranty. During this period, If your waders leak because of material and/or craftsmanship, it will be replaced quickly at no charge. This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, corrosion, or general neglect. Each pair of Bassdash waders is tank tested to ensure that it is totally waterproof. However, if a leak occurs due to accidental puncture, please use the enclosed repair kit including materials and instructions to repair it. Please understand that waders aren't indestructible and must be used in a reasonable manner to the type of fishing they were designed for.
Bassdash Blinds/Shelters Warranty
Bassdash hunting blinds and ice fishing shelters are covered by a 30-day limited warranty. Free maintenance parts provided within one year. The warranty covers manufacturer defects for products, does not cover cracked windows, tent tears, broken or bent poles due to high wind conditions or unattended use. This warranty applies to the original owner with a proof of purchase and is not transferable.
Bassdash Nets Warranty
Provided that you are the original owner, bassdash 30-day warranty will cover most failures due to normal fishing situations. If your net broke because of material and/or craftsmanship, we will replace it at no charge. If we determine it broke by abuse or misuse, we will contact you and offer you a replacement at a reasonable charge. Please understand nets aren’t indestructible and must be used in a reasonable manner to the type of fishing they were designed for.
Bassdash Rod Warranty
Provided that you are the original owner, our 30-day warranty will cover most failures due to normal fishing situations. If your rod broke because of material and/or craftsmanship, we will replace it at no charge. If we determine it broke by abuse or misuse (i.e. If you broke your rod fishing 50lb braid on a 10lb rod, or lifting a giant fish into your boat using only your rod), we will contact you and offer you a replacement at a reasonable charge. Please understand rods aren’t indestructible and must be used in a reasonable manner to the type of fishing they were designed for.
Bassdash Backpacks Warranty
Bassdash backpacks are covered by a 30-day limited warranty. If your backpack fails to perform its intended use due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge. Normal wear, abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered. Under this circumstances, we will contact you and offer you a replacement at a reasonable charge. Please understand that the backpacks aren't indestructible and must be used in a reasonable manner to the type of fishing they were designed for.
Bassdash Apparel Warranty
Bassdash apparel products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty. If your apparel fails to perform its intended use due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge. Kindly note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Good fit
Great! I live in Seattle. It rains here. I have. Son that won’t wear a coat u less he is snow boarding. This hoodie is the perfect middle ground for our weather. He stays dry and is still wearing a hoodie. We’re both happy.

Bought these for my boys for saltwater fishing in South Carolina freshwater fishing in Minnesota. Worked great at both. True size large front pocket - only wish there was zipper closure. The gator and Hood bungee kept them warm. Well-made. Perfect weight for 50- 60 ° day. Very nice on. They want the same sweatshirt and more colors. We had people asking us where we got these.
I am super impressed with the purchase. It's so well made and warm. The cowl neck inside the hoodie is fire!!! No wind at all gets in even with the hoodie up facing the wind. I bought the matching pants as well.
Heavyweight and very warm.
Very warm hoodie but the face warmer is a pain in the butt to putting on the hoodie and can't remove it, my friend cut his out but I don't want to do that at the moment. Somewhat water resistant and snow repellent, good for fall hunting until it gets too cold and then you need a parka here in Canada.
Need to exchange it for next size. Not sure if it runs small or my son is just growing rapidly overall we like the quality and style

What a great sweater. So comfortable so warm
This is a great base layer. I have been using this for duck hunting in Utah, Rhode Island, Mass and Maine. I've been in warmer weather where it provides great concealment and is thin enough to help with the heat. I primarily use it as a base layer during fall and winter months to help combat the cold. The balaclava or mouth covering is helpful for concealment but I find it is very constricting around my neck and throat when it's down. This is the hoodie with BassDash's matching outer shell on a Utah hunt. I've had it for about a year. I am pretty tough on my gear and it is holding up great so far.

This is a great hoodie. Love the gator when I'm outside raking leaves or cutting grass in the cold weather. It really is warm and I didn't feel like I needed a coat on top

So far so good! Definitely water resistant, and not proof, but thats what I expected. Torso runs a bit long, but it warm and comfortable.

I don't like the hood its to way large when i put it over my head it covers my eyes and I cant see.. if I lift it up it just falls back down poor design, unless its for people with huge fat heads. I thought about returning it but figured it would be a hassle. I'm going to take it to a tailor and have material taken out probably cost me alot more than I want to spend. I will not recommend this to any of my 55 fishing club members
So nice it feels wrong wearing it in the outdoors! However, it's definitely built for it! Super warm, great fit, and the Mossy Wood camo pattern is the bees knees! My 20 year-old son bought this to wear to work. he works outside often building pergola's and other structures. He has loved that this jacket keeps him warm and also protects his face.
Would be interested in returning if my order is still able to be returned. Hoodie is very large and long which i really do not prefer. Pocket is much too large, things fall out. Otherwise its a good hoodie and quality but would rather have one that fits well and doesn't fit like a poncho. Please contact me if something could be arranged, have only worn once or twice

Awesome hoodie. I wish Bassdash had more cold weather options. FYI this highland pattern is basically a copyright friendly ripoff of Sitka SubAlpine, feel free to mix and match with it and you can barely tell the difference…for a fraction of the cost. Most of my hunting outers are Subalpine, I wear all this stuff along with it.

I ordered 4 of these in different sizes and colors for my hiking family. Loved them so much I ordered my boyfriend another of the same thing and 2 other styles of the waterproof one. The gator got annoying for some of us so we chose to cut them out of a couple but it was easy to do and didn't damage anything. This one is a little longer than expected but I like it. It's lined inside and is warmer than regular hoodies. They've been fine in the dryer and my fishing boyfriend hasn't been able to stain his light gray one yet! Will definitely continue buying Bassdash products.

Use as a mid and outer layer (on 40s to 50 day). Works great! Buying another so I can have 2! Sizing is true to normal sizing. Weight of fabric is heavy duty and really nice quality! Very comfortable and warm.
