Bassdash 24L capacity waterproof roll-top backpack is made from 420D nylon fabric with a double-side TPU coating. Unlike the PVC requires all of the plasticizers and toxic treatment before use, the TPU can be attached via a heat bonding process instead. And there are also some other pros vs PVC.
